Programming (creation of programs upon the request of the client)

1. Vehicle fleet management program: - this is a program that registers the vehicle data (license plate, engine series, chassis series, tank capacity etc.) and monitors the validity dates of different authorizations necessary for the operation of the vehicles (vignette, ITP – Periodical Technical Inspection—etc.);


2. Vehicle fleet service management program: - this program enables the monitoring of the vehicle within its own service (registration of claimed damages, performance of repairs, who performed the repair, no. of hours allocated to the repair, checking of the repair, ...);


3. Vehicle fleet activity management program: - this program performs the monthly calculation of the drivers’ salaries, depending on their daily activity; it also monitors the daily/monthly consumption of oil/fuel;


4. Vehicle fleet program package: - it includes all the three abovementioned programs. Using a common database, a part of the data entered in one of the programs is automatically accessed in the other programs, as well;


5. Program for the issuance of bills of inventories: - program issuing bills of inventories, having the possibility to monitor their history;


6. Program for the issuance of invoices: - invoice issuing program, with the possibility to manage the list of clients and products entered in the accounting books, the invoices issued and the revenues related to them, as well as the outstanding invoices;


7. Program for order, reservation monitoring: - program for the monitoring of the activity in a small company, the management of the list of clients, the issuance of orders, registration/monitoring of reservations;


8. Patient records program: - program for the management of the list of diseases, sanitary materials, patient records, issuance of the medical letter;
